- Orders after 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders will ship the next day.
- Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
- Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order thoroughly to ensure there are no problems.
- Occasionaly popular items are backordered at the National Herbalife warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand and you must wait for the backordered item to ship separately later via USPS since it can not be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to Herbalife Warehouse. Backordered items will be shipped USPS.
